What exactly is included each month?
12 designed social posts (three a week), 12 captions in your brand voice, a one-page strategy doc, weekly WhatsApp check-ins, and a Google Drive delivery folder organised by week. Covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Do you actually post the content for me?
No. We deliver everything ready to post — graphic plus caption — in a Google Drive folder. You approve and post when it suits you. This keeps you in control of your accounts and your password stays yours.
How does the brand voice work? Do you make me sound generic?
No. During onboarding we ask for voice notes, screenshots of past posts you liked, and a short interview. The captions you get back read like you wrote them on a good day. If something sounds off, we rewrite it.
Why limit how many clients you take on?
Because more than a small handful and the work gets generic. We'd rather do brilliant work for a few businesses and get them real results than passable work for many.
Getting started
How quickly can we begin?
If we have capacity and you're happy to go ahead, you'll get an invoice within an hour. Once it's paid, you get the onboarding form. First content lands within 48 hours of you finishing the form.
What do you need from me to onboard?
Logo files, a couple of brand colours, three voice notes about who you are and who you serve, and access to a shared Google Drive folder. That's it. We handle the rest.
Do I have to commit for a long time?
No. Month-to-month, no retainer, no notice period. Cancel any time and your final week's content is still delivered.
Practical questions
How much does it cost?
A flat monthly fee. We share the number once we've chatted (WhatsApp, text or email — whatever works for you) and checked we're a fit. No upsells, no add-ons, no hidden costs.
What if I don't like a post?
You don't have to post it. There's a first-week approval round where we lock in the look. After that, if a specific post isn't right, drop us a WhatsApp — we'll swap it as soon as we can.
Do you do video content or reels?
Static graphics and short-form animated posts (Canva-native). We don't currently shoot or edit live video. If that's your priority, we're not the right fit.
Where are you based?
UK-based, fully remote. Most check-ins happen on WhatsApp. We're happy to meet in person if you're nearby and it makes sense — but it's never required.
